THE BIOPRINING MACHINE
1)Descriptions of BIOprinting technologies.
We use the following technologies:
3D conventional to print scafol and biomaterial we use a vertion of industrial CNC for the axels, the movement is milimetric and nanometric
Cat technology for the organ and cartilage design.
Low level assembler for the software bioprinter communication
Flux scitometry for the cellular diferenciation
Bioreactor for the pfisical human simulation
2)Description of BIOprinting processes: preparation of biomaterials, modeling, BIOprinting, “stabilizing” in a bioreactor.
The bioprinter works as follows:
Heading 1 prints the scaffold from cartilage, tissue, and organs following the elected CAT design
Heading 2 Prints thr biomaterial previously prepared
The bioprinter can have 32 types of biomaterial simultaneously
3)How many heads are/ can be used simultaneously for the bioprinting?
There are 2 headings, both can be used simultaneously
Characteristics of a bioreactor: time required, temperature; how the sterility is maintained?
The bioreactor has a 15 year technology it simulates the human body conditions as temperature
humidity, pressure etc.
The bioreactor has a 15 years old technology, time required depend of the organ for example
A traquea takes between 2 to four weeks, the temperature is 36 to 38 degrees Celsius
4)What are the requirements for preparation for different materials/products?
The biogel will be sold in in containers of 500ml, the cellular separation have several protocols
In different universities can be acquired under a technology transfer model TTM if you wish we can show
You up to 32 process of cellular diferenciation in mesenquimal cells from the adipous tissue
And molar aswell and 7 types of hematopoyetics cells from the umbilical cord.
5)What resolution size can the printer meet together with the cells vitality (below 50-100 microns?)
The resolution can be obtained can be obtain with the software with any microns size depending
Of what you need to do
1)Which materials are to be used for the bioprinting? We sell the printing including the biogel, the biomaterials depending on the organ?
There are 32 different reactive types and other depending of what kind of cells If there is a cornea we will need 36 reactives.
2)Which ingredients are used in order to «combine» cells during the printing so they behave as a whole/system (“BIOglue”)?
We only use biogel and diferenciated cells
3)Do you offer Your own materials/ could provide client with the material required for the bioprinting?
4)We can provide you with our own materials, hat are the suggested prices for the bioprinting materials You are able to provide to the Client?
Biogel 500ml 500 dollars
5)What are approximate quantities of usage of bioprinting materials for year on operations (for budget purposes)?
A traquea will be printed with 1000ml
1)Description of the software, used to manage the bioprinting process and the modeling process.
We use a CAT software for design, we use Inventor CAD. The machine software is made in assembler
2)What information is required for the bioprinting process and the modeling process: MRI, ultrasound diagnostic, anything else?
MRI is the best, or Xerox with the patient weight and size
3)Software updates and upgrades for operational software and modeling system: terms and conditions (incl. price). Software updates are included, if it is another heading we will inform you
4.OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION:
1)Are there co-working opportunities for the buyer to cooperate with research centers, universities, labs using the technology and the machine in order to share experience and knowledge, co-development of new BIOprinting methods?
Yes we have a lot of partners in this area and it is named MTT technogy transference and have no cost. We only need to mention the person who is doing the research
2)Is it possible to provide the Buyer with any type of recommendations and proofs, that technology is able to print vital tissues/organs?
Yes it is possible
3)Are there any references for the technology (“the product”) from research Institutions; press releases?
There are clinical studies related to this from several universities
5.SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
1)Warranty support: for how long do You provide the guarantee for the machine?
One year warranty
2)How the support is provided: diagnostic, repair and replacement?
If there is a part to change on the warranty time we will replace it
3)Where technical support services are provided?
In your lab
4)Is there a possibility to provide an SLA contact (warranty extension)?Yes with an additional cost
1)What are the day-to-day service recommendations for preventive maintenance a Client has to do?
We can do maintenance every 3 months or 500 hours of use
