2)Description of BIOprinting processes: preparation of biomaterials, modeling, BIOprinting, “stabilizing” in a bioreactor.
The bioprinter works as follows:
Heading 1 prints the scaffold from cartilage, tissue, and organs following the elected CAT design
Heading 2 Prints thr biomaterial previously prepared
The bioprinter can have 32 types of biomaterial simultaneously

There are 2 headings, both can be used simultaneously
Characteristics of a bioreactor: time required, temperature; how the sterility is maintained?
The bioreactor has a 15 year technology it simulates the human body conditions as temperature
humidity, pressure etc.

A traquea takes between 2 to four weeks, the temperature is 36 to 38 degrees Celsius

4)What are the requirements for preparation for different materials/products?
The biogel will be sold in in containers of 500ml, the cellular separation have several protocols

We only use biogel and diferenciated cells

We use a CAT software for design, we use Inventor CAD. The machine software is made in assembler

MRI is the best, or Xerox with the patient weight and size

Yes we have a lot of partners in this area and it is named MTT technogy transference and have no cost. We only need to mention the person who is doing the research

La Bio-Impresora tiene dos cabezales. Uno que es el encargado de imprimir en 3D en un material bio-natural que moldea la estructura o el esqueleto.

El Segundo cabezal en una ampolleta nano-métrica que se encarga de inocular el material celular y funcional. que hará que funcione el tejido o el organo en desarrollo.
